The headquarters area of Tuleta Ranch had become overgrown and cluttered over time, making it difficult to fully utilize one of the property’s most important areas. Brush had encroached on key spaces, debris and scattered trash detracted from the appearance of the ranch, and an aging doublewide trailer no longer served a useful purpose. The ranch owner wanted to create a cleaner, more functional headquarters area while preparing the property for future improvements.

Raines Development completed a comprehensive ranch headquarters cleanup that included extensive brush clearing, trash removal, oak tree cleanup, and demolition of the existing doublewide trailer. Overgrown vegetation was selectively removed to improve visibility, accessibility, and the overall appearance of the property while preserving valuable mature trees. The trailer was safely demolished and removed, eliminating an eyesore and opening up additional usable space within the headquarters area.

As part of the project, our team also cleared and prepared the field located in front of the future homesite location. Removing brush and unwanted vegetation helped create a clean slate for future development while improving the overall flow and usability of the ranch headquarters. With improved access and a more organized layout, the property is now better positioned to support both day-to-day ranch operations and future expansion plans.
